I visited the Danish Energy Museum back in Autumn 2023 and by pure coincidence it was their last opened weekend of the year and they would pack down to close for good, due to lack of funding.
One of the few museums in Denmark, hosting a Tesla coil show for public display, has been closed down. There is no forecast of the Energy Museum reopening, due to loss of funding. This is a huge blow to the teach the public about power generation, distribution and experiments. Among their many, many exhibitions, is a Tesla Coil. Finn Hammer from www.hammertone.com built their Tesla coil back in 2003.
I got to film its last ever public show, as an re-opening of the museum, might not be what it was originally when it closed.
