Chinese 2x100W TDA7498 Amplifier – Test and THD+n Measurements

I wanted a small Bluetooth amplifier for my work shop and bought some cheap bare-board versions from Ebay. This TDA7498 design is over-advertised, but not as bad as other cheap bluetooth amplifiers from ebay.

Test, frequency response and THD+n measurements show how good it compares to the promised performance of the TDA7498 datasheet. My own tube amplifiers are much better, for obvious reasons 🙂

Not a paid review, bought for my own money and independant rant! I can only hope this will turn up in peoples search results if looking into buying this kit.
