How To Make a Stencil For Spray Paint With Cheap Hand Tools

I wanted a stencil template that I can use to tag my project boxes and most prominently was used to paint my logo stencil on the flight cases I built my self!

How to make a stencil template out of metal sheet, reusable and very sturdy. Can be used for spray or brushed on paint. No power tools needed! I only used cheap hand tools, a laser printer and a clothes iron.

I highly recommend using a stencil font with sharp edges, as it makes it much easier to cut. You can find a wide variety of fonts for free: https://www.google.com/search?q=stencil+font&newwindow=1&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X
