    Hi all

    I am in search of a Power Amplifier (preferably Solid state pulsed amplifier ) which is able to output around 340 Vrms across 25 ohm impedance load (acoustic transducer operating at approx 4.5 KW) in pulsed mode with duty cycle less than 1%, maximum pulse length of 5 ms and operating frequency is in range of 400-500 KHz.

    If any one knows about COTs power amplifiers meeting these requirements, kindly share with me.

    You caught my interest, are you a student?
    I also want such pulse power supply, and let me tell you: You are unlikely to found it commercially, as least at reasonable price. So your only option: Built it yourself.
    Even if you built it yourself, expect to spend more than 500$ on it, depending on how fast the pulse rise time and fall time you want.
